These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ALCHEMY ARTISAN website and services (“Services”). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1) Business information

2) Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18+ (or age of majority where you live) to purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3) Handmade and small-batch notes

Many items are handcrafted or produced in small batches. Natural materials and handmade methods can create slight variations in color, texture, grain, or finish. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

4) Orders, pricing, and errors

By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for product totals, taxes, and shipping. If we discover an obvious listing error (price/spec/availability), we may cancel and refund your order or contact you for next steps.

5) Custom requests & personalization

If your order includes personalization or custom instructions, you are responsible for confirming spelling/details. Custom items may not be eligible for return except in cases of defect or our error.

6) Shipping; title and risk of loss

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. To the extent permitted by law, title and risk of loss generally transfer when the carrier accepts the package.

7) Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy below.

8) User submissions

If you submit reviews or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with our Services. Do not submit unlawful or infringing content.

9) Intellectual property

All site content (excluding user submissions) is owned by ALCHEMY ARTISAN INC. or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying or commercial reuse is prohibited.

10) Disclaimers

Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” except where prohibited by law. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted.

11) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALCHEMY ARTISAN INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Georgia unless otherwise required by law.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective indicates acceptance.
