Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes processing times, delivery estimates, and special notes for handcrafted and made-to-order items.

1) Where we ship

We ship to U.S. addresses. Some destinations may be limited by carrier access or product restrictions.

2) Processing time

Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Made-to-order / personalized items may require additional lead time. If so, the estimated timeline will be shown on the product page or communicated by email.

3) Transit estimates (after dispatch)

  • Standard: typically 3–7 business days

  • Expedited: typically 2–5 business days (when offered at checkout)

Transit times are estimates and may vary due to weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

4) Tracking & split shipments

Tracking is emailed when a label is created; carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to appear. Multi-item orders may ship in multiple boxes with multiple tracking numbers.

5) Address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address and contact number at checkout. If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

6) Damaged, missing, or delayed packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, email support@alchemyartis.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos if applicable.
